Requirements

• Keep the full amount of ashes in the same container that was
  given to you.  *DO NOT SHIP THE ASHES IN AN URN*
  WE WILL NOT BE USING ALL OF THE
  CREMAINS, so we will send you back all of the remaining
  ashes at the time we ship the portrait.  It is necessary to get the
  different size variations of the ashes into the portrait.
• One photograph of the person or pet which the portrait will be
  based from.  If there are 2 people in the photograph please specify
  in detail which person it is that is having the portrait done.
• Minimum size of the photograph: 4"x6"- much larger is recommended.
• Check or money order made out to: Ashes to Portraits or you can pay
  with PayPal.
